Refund policy

We have a 7-day EXCHANGE policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Exchanges can be made due to incorrect size ordered or design/colour change required. Exchange is subject to the availability of the stock at that moment.

MONEY REFUND IS NOT PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that for products purchased under discount/Sale, FREE exchange is NOT provided.. In those cases, if exchange is required, the customer will be needed to pay as per the exact courier rate prevailing for that particular pincode at that time..Our exchange helpline will inform you the exact shipping charge required after checking the courier rates..

If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting for the exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:-
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately(by Whatsapp-7044059721) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges:-

After receiving the product in its original undamaged condition,we will take the new order by Whatsapp/email.Please note the product cannot be exchanged for a lower value product & can be exchanged for SAME value & HIGHER value product.The difference in product price will have to be paid by the customer either by bank transfer or UPI to 7044059721.
